Do you rent your home or business space?  We can install these in your current rental location, and move them for you into future locations for $395 plus $195/additional unit.

The individual completing this order herein referred to as “Client” agrees to terms and conditions stated below, and represent that they have the authority to have the subject property improved by Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC.

Please complete your payment below. The number of units refers to the number of AC units in your home or business. You will need one unit per air conditioning unit for optimal performance and effectiveness.

NOTE: Ion generators are used for particulate removal. The units without ion generation will effectively kill microbials and reduce odors, volatile organic compounds, smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses. The units with ion generation will also reduce the amount of particulates in the air making for even cleaner air. You will have a choice whether to include ion generators with your equipment installation.

OUR 90 DAY GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with the improved air quality in your home or business, notify us within 90 days of installation, and we will come and remove our system and refund you your full purchase price, less $295 to cover labor and restocking costs.

* These prices are based on standard installations if you elect to have Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC. complete your installations.  Please verify with your sales rep that these prices apply to your property before placing your order.  Complex installations with difficult to access air conditioners or installations requiring modifications may be priced differently to reflect special tooling, additional materials, labor or outsourcing to appropriate contractors.

* Equipment ballast comes with a 5 year full replacement warranty, and replaceable cells come with a 2 year warranty.

* Client is doing business with Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC. and not directly with any employee or member. * Service Provider does not provide remediation services. * Air Purification Systems are not medical devices.  *  Client understands that ionized compounds containing oxygen can cause cracking and “attack” polymers, rubbers, wood, and other carbon based materials causing aging or degradation of materials. With these compounds always present in the air, Client’s personal property is always exposed to these compounds, and most of these materials degrade over time as a result of this exposure. As such, Client acknowledges that there could never be a reasonable conclusion that exposure to these compounds resulting from our equipment could be a direct cause to damage to personal property. Client is responsible to protect all valuable and sensitive personal property from exposure, and assumes all risk to personal property left exposed by Client. * Client accepts failure to pay for services rendered or equipment installed in real property may result in a mechanics lien on the property.  * Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC is not a licensed contractor.  Purchaser is not obligated to have Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC.  complete the installation.  Purchaser may elect to install the equipment themselves, or have the installation performed by a licensed contractor of their choosing, for which Smell Fresh Arizona, LLC will credit the purchaser $100 per unit towards their installation costs.
